Stands have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and can be returned within that time frame for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Note that the shipping amounts charged our customers are sometimes less than the cost We Win! Studios incurs to ship - therefore total purchase price, less actual shipping & handling costs will be refunded. If you have a stand to return, contact us at scriptsupervisor@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Custom quotes given for any of We Win! Studios products and services expire within three days unless otherwise specified. Bounced checks or any other bounced payments are subject to a $35 fee. Software cannot be returned but can be exchanged for the same title and platform if the disk media is defective. A small fee may apply if the exchange takes place more than 60 days after the original order. All items are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. When purchasing the MAC version of Continuity, or the PC Download or Serial Number version, you are purchasing a single license to use the program on a single computer. If you would like to use the aforementioned programs on multiple computers, additional licenses can be purchased. Because class purchases dictate which venues we will reserve to hold classes in, purchases of whole class series' are just 50% refundable if cancellation is made on or before the 1st class after your purchase. You may attend any and all classes A through O offered for 18 months after your purchase - repeat attendance of all subjects (A through O) is permitted. Class purchases are transferrable to another person - transferee is permitted one attendance of each subject original purchaser has not already attended. We reserve the right to change our policies, prices, services and special offers at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, or cancel technical support service at any time.

Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed.

If your return is approved, follow the simple directions below to make your return or exchange by mail.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
  • Document the reason for return. We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
  • Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Only items purchased from www.scriptsupervisor.biz are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.
